Inner Circle Account and Data Deletion

Inner Circle users can request deletion of their account and associated cloud-synced app data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to peptide.app.support@gmail.com from the email address used for your Inner Circle account.
2. Use the subject line Inner Circle Account Deletion Request.
3. Include the email address or sign-in method used for the account so we can identify the correct cloud account.

Data deleted

When a deletion request is completed, we delete the associated Inner Circle cloud account data, including:

• Firebase Authentication account information associated with the app account
• Cloud-synced peptide and vial records
• Dosing schedules, cycle settings, and injection logs
• Weight logs, stock records, vault users, notes, reminders, and app settings stored in the account copy

Data kept and retention

We may retain support emails related to the deletion request and limited records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes. Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Backup, log, or audit copies may take up to an additional 30 days to expire from all systems.
