Inner Circle Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Inner Circle handles information when you use the app. Inner Circle is a tracking and calculation support app for user-entered peptide, vial, schedule, reminder, inventory, and body-progress records.

Information we collect

Inner Circle can be used in local-only mode. If you choose to create an account, sign in, or use cloud sync, some data is transmitted off your device and stored with Firebase services. Depending on the features you use, this may include:

• Account information, such as email address, user ID, and display name
• Peptide, vial, dose, schedule, cycle, reminder, inventory, and injection log records
• Health and fitness records you enter, such as weight, body measurements, and notes
• Health Connect records that you explicitly authorize the app to read, which may include body-composition measurements, steps, active calories, exercise sessions, sleep duration, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, blood oxygen saturation, and respiratory rate
• Files or document data you choose to save in the app, such as COA file information
• App settings, sync status, timestamps, and device or installation identifiers used by Firebase or app services

How we use information

We use collected information to provide app functionality, including:

• Creating and managing your account
• Backing up, restoring, merging, and syncing your app data across your devices
• Showing your schedules, reminders, calculations, inventory, and progress records
• Maintaining app security, account access, and data integrity

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your app data for advertising or marketing purposes. We use service providers, including Google Firebase, to operate authentication, cloud storage, hosting, and related app infrastructure.

Local data and cloud sync

Data entered in local-only mode stays on your device unless you choose to sign in and use a cloud sync or backup feature. When cloud sync is enabled, selected app records are stored in your account copy so they can be restored or used on another device.

Health Connect

Health Connect access is optional. If you choose to connect it, Inner Circle requests your permission separately for each Health Tracker category. Depending on the categories you choose, the app may read weight, body fat, lean body mass, height, steps, active calories, exercise sessions, resting heart rate, and sleep duration. The data is used only to create or update your Body Tracker records and show your selected personal health trends; it is not used to make medical recommendations or change peptide schedules or doses.

Health Connect data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties. Activity and recovery imports stay on your device. Weight and body-fat imports saved to Body Tracker follow your existing Inner Circle backup and cloud-sync settings if you choose to enable them. You can remove Health Connect imports from Health Tracker at any time.

Security

Data transmitted between the app and Firebase services is encrypted in transit. We use access controls and account authentication to help protect cloud-synced records.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated cloud-synced data at any time. Visit the Inner Circle account deletion page for instructions: Account and Data Deletion.

Children

Inner Circle is intended for adults. The app is not directed to children or minors under 18.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
